Not another LinkedIn algorithm post...

I know, I know—the algorithm is all anyone seems to talk about (complain about) these days. But when this meme landed in my inbox, I had to use it.

We all know the LinkedIn algo is unpredictable. Honestly, I’m convinced LinkedIn doesn’t even know what it wants.

One minute, it’s all about carousels.🎠
The next, video is king, and they even add a tab for video content.🎥
Now it’s newsletters that are supposedly the golden child of the algorithm.📰

It’s giving hot mess express, LinkedIn.

Here’s the thing: after growing three businesses on LinkedIn since 2009 and watching it evolve, I’ve learned one key lesson: stop trying to outsmart the algorithm.

Instead, focus on what you can control:
✅ Create content that speaks to your audience.
✅ Build real relationships.
✅ Engage and network.

Notice I didn’t say, “Post every day.”

The algorithm will always change—it’s inevitable. So unless you have a magic wand 🪄 to “bippity boppity boop” your way to algorithm mastery, shift your energy ⚡️to what works: connecting with your audience, relationship marketing, and real conversations.

And let’s be honest—we see you with those algorithm-complaint posts designed to get traction. We peeped your game.👀

Focus on your audience and stop stressing over the algorithm. Productive energy over pick me content.
