We had a great time attending the 2026 BBB Ethics Awards Luncheon today at the Italian Community Center in Milwaukee!

Operations Manager, Kayley Hytry, and Administrative Assistant, Leah Holcomb, enjoyed connecting with other local businesses, supporting the BBB, and learning more about the inspiring recipients of the BBB Torch Awards, Spark Awards, and Students of Integrity Scholarships.

One of the highlights was the panel discussion, “Trust in the Age of AI,” and hearing so many great stories about ethical leadership and community impact throughout Wisconsin.

⚠️ Common Vendor Mistake: Under-filling and improper filling of the coin mechanism!

A low coin mechanism and improper coin fill is one of the biggest causes of vending machine errors and lost revenue.

👉 In the graphic:

The left tube is loaded correctly. Your machine needs a FULL coin tube with coins loaded flat for proper change-making.

The two tubes on the right are incorrectly loaded and don’t have enough coins for proper change-making.

A properly filled coin mech prevents:
✔ “Exact change only” messages
✔ Failed purchases
✔ Unnecessary service calls

KEY TAKEAWAY: Half-filled coin mechs = frustrated customers + unnecessary service calls.
