Hello Friends!
A long standing family friend, Kim Keeton, has recently been diagnosed with liver and colon cancer. Her family was hit pretty hard with this news and we are working to help support them any way we can!
They have made a page to stay up to date on her battle and progress and are starting an email list. So, please sign up using the website link here or pm myself or her brother Mike Haynes if you would like to sign up or have any help or support to offer.
They have set up a GoFundMe to help with the massive financial burden this will place on her family and a Meal Train to help with providing dinners as she is not currently well enough to cook. Those links are below:

I know times are tough and everyone is tigh on money so any amount helps. I know I’ll be adding a few extra meals to my meal planning to freeze and bring over. As a mother, this small thing can really help when you are tired, sick and out of energy. Even a like, share or comment of encouragement can help the algorithm and get this out to more people. Let’s come together for our community as best we can and see what we can do!
