If the phrase:
“GET OFF THE COMPUTER, I NEED THE PHONE”
makes perfect sense to you, you're officially old.

Today is a very special day for us at Custom Computer Design & Repair (CCDR, LLC)—we are officially celebrating our 20th Anniversary in business!

When we opened our doors in 2006, our goal was simple: provide Muskegon and our surrounding communities with dependable, honest, and high-quality computer repair and IT support. Two decades later, technology looks a whole lot different, but our commitment to serving you remains exactly the same.

Whether we built your custom rig, saved your data, kept your business network running smoothly, or cleaned up a stubborn virus, we want to say thank you for letting us be your trusted tech team.

🎁 Anniversary Customer Special:
As a token of our appreciation, we're offering 20% OFF our $80 Flat Rate Service through the end of the month! Just mention this this post when you bring your system in.

Need a tune-up, hardware upgrade, or custom build consult? Give us a call 231-981-0624 or visit us online at www.ccdr.biz .

Thank you for 20 incredible years!

Warm regards,

****PSA****

We are still astounded when people, after 2, 3, 6, 8 months later are appalled that there machine is no longer available. This doesn't happen too often, but when it does... it is every excuse in the book why it is not "their" fault.

Again, today, we had a very upset customer because their machine was no longer available. We do sympathize when "Life Happens" moments. However, there is a limit on how far that reason can get you. Just cause a business is a "business", it doesn't mean our bills stop coming in. A "Mom and Pop" shop does not have the huge amounts of money in the bank to cover everyone in the community when people don't come in to pay their bill. If we don't get paid, we can't do our responsibilities and pay our bills.

Any repair shop , auto, electronic, etc. has one of these clauses in place when you get a repair. Below is CCDR's, and it is very simple.

If you bring and leave your stuff here, don't communicate what's going on or pay your bill in a timely manner (so we can pay ours)... Your stuff will be considered abandoned and will delt with at CCDR's discretion.

This is just common sense 🤷‍♂️
