We are still astounded when people, after 2, 3, 6, 8 months later are appalled that there machine is no longer available. This doesn't happen too often, but when it does... it is every excuse in the book why it is not "their" fault.

Again, today, we had a very upset customer because their machine was no longer available. We do sympathize when "Life Happens" moments. However, there is a limit on how far that reason can get you. Just cause a business is a "business", it doesn't mean our bills stop coming in. A "Mom and Pop" shop does not have the huge amounts of money in the bank to cover everyone in the community when people don't come in to pay their bill. If we don't get paid, we can't do our responsibilities and pay our bills.

Any repair shop , auto, electronic, etc. has one of these clauses in place when you get a repair. Below is CCDR's, and it is very simple.

If you bring and leave your stuff here, don't communicate what's going on or pay your bill in a timely manner (so we can pay ours)... Your stuff will be considered abandoned and will delt with at CCDR's discretion.

This is just common sense 🤷‍♂️
