In addition to her operations expertise, Erin also serves as the Business Manager for Uganski’s sister company, Tire Recyclers, where she helps drive operational success.

Her recent tenure as President of the Women’s Division Chamber of Commerce highlights her passion for supporting women in business and leadership, while her extensive knowledge and drive create a positive and productive office environment that motivates her colleagues to thrive.

Above all, Erin is a proud mom to her two amazing boys, who inspire her daily to lead with passion, integrity, and heart.

Lindsay is the driving force of the Uganski Roll-Off Services office and keeps a smile on her face while ensuring administrative operations run smoothly and our drivers and customers are happy and well taken care of 😁

When she isn't working, Lindsay is a dynamic mom 🦸‍♀️ to two energetic boys, a wonderful bonus son and the girlfriend of the Founding Director of a local non-profit, all who keep her on her toes 🦶

In her spare time, you can find Lindsay hitting the gym 💪 practicing yoga 🧘‍♀️ or enjoying a sunny day laying on the beach 🏖 She loves golfing 🏌️‍♀️ gardening 🥦🥕🌽🍅 rock hunting 🪨 tending to her house plants 🪴🌿 and spending time loving on her beloved farm animals 🐷🐔🦆🐇
