I have been involved in the construction business sense 1980, working as a carpenter in all phases of residential construction and also teaching woodworking,cabinetmaking and drafting. I use licensed sub-contractors and I also carry the proper insurances required by our city and state.

I've been real busy ... I'll try to post some pictures and videos of jobs over the next few weeks..
On this first one the home partially burned down so we had to demolish and design a new one.. The new home had to fit on the footprint that was there because of retaining walls and a small basement.. to use.. And had to also.. accommodate two families.. to fit three generations.... In one house... It's approximately 4,300 ft²..... This video is the demolition
