We're hiring: Part-time Production Graphic Designer (Muskogee, OK — on-site)

Advantage Controls is looking for a detail-oriented designer who takes pride in getting things right. This is a production-focused role — preparing files, revising artwork, checking layouts, and keeping projects accurate and press-ready — not a concept/creative position.

You'll need:
• 1+ year of design or production experience
• Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign
• Sharp eyes, patience, and solid organization

Print shop or prepress experience is a plus. No degree required. Hourly wage negotiable, flexible time off. Part-time position.

☀️ Summer heat = faster biofilm, higher oxidizer demand, tougher microbiological control.

Most programs run a biocide shock on a timer. But here's the catch: did your system actually reach the oxidizing conditions you were aiming for?

Running a feed pump for a set time doesn't guarantee it. Load changes, organic contamination, and biofilm demand can eat up oxidizer before you ever hit target.

✅ That's where ORP Set Point 2 comes in. MegaTron controllers raise the ORP setpoint during a scheduled biocide feed and keep controlling oxidizer feed until that higher target is reached and held.

Long tubing runs, sagging lines, missing check valves — simple mistakes that cause v***r lock, siphoning, and premature pump wear.

A few quick fixes: ✅ Keep runs short and direct ✅ Install injection and back pressure valves ✅ Avoid horizontal sags where air collects ✅ Always use a foot valve strainer
