I’m incredibly grateful and humbled to have received the Pillar Award for Choice at our annual C3 Conference💙🩵

Recognition like this is never something I expect, but it gives me an opportunity to reflect on why I chose this work in the first place.

I truly believe everyone deserves the right to choose how they live out the later years of their life—with dignity, independence, respect, and surrounded by the people and things they love.

Being able to serve seniors, Veterans, and their families through Cornerstone Caregiving LLC means so much to me. Families trust us during some of the most difficult and vulnerable seasons of their lives, and that is something I will never take lightly.

While my name may be on this award, the work behind it belongs to an entire team. I’m incredibly thankful for our Muskogee team (Julie Rangel, Kala Adkins-King and Patti Swaffar) and our amazing caregivers who show up every day, love our clients, support their families, and make our mission possible. 💙

I’m simply grateful to be part of something that allows us to make a difference in the lives of others. This award is a beautiful reminder of why we do what we do, and I’ll cherish it.

🎉💕 Happy Birthday to our amazing Care Coordinator, Patti! 💕🎉

We truly don’t know what we would do without her! She was our very first caregiver with our first client. Patti is such an important part of our Cornerstone family, and our clients and their families absolutely LOVE her. ❤️

She has the biggest heart, is always willing to help, and does so much behind the scenes to make sure our clients and caregivers are taken care of. We would truly be lost without her!

What an incredible weekend of celebrating! ❤️🎉

Our Operating Director and caregivers had the honor of celebrating our sweet client and Veteran, Cal, as he turned 100 years young—AND celebrating Cal and Colleen’s amazing 80th wedding anniversary! 🎂💍

The celebration was made even more special with an amazing drone show that told the story of their life and love together. What a beautiful way to honor 100 years of life and 80 incredible years of marriage!

We are so grateful to be a small part of their journey and to celebrate these unforgettable milestones alongside them.

What an incredible honor it was to celebrate a very special member of our Cornerstone Caregiving family—our client and U.S. Navy Veteran, Calvin, on his 100th birthday! 💯🎂❤️

One of the greatest privileges we have at Cornerstone Caregiving is the opportunity to care for our Veterans. After they spent a lifetime serving and giving to others, being able to give back to them is something we never take for granted. 🇺🇸

A few days ago, we had the incredible honor of celebrating our sweet client Charlene’s 100th birthday… and today, the celebration became even more special!

We are so excited to share that the Mayor of Muskogee has officially declared today, August 14th, as “Charlene Pruden Day!” 🎊

What an amazing way to honor a woman who has lived 100 incredible years and touched so many lives along the way. It has been such a privilege for all of us at Cornerstone Caregiving Muskogee to be a small part of Charlene’s story.

From celebrating her 100th birthday alongside her wonderful caregiver Jadyn to now seeing an entire day named in her honor, this is truly a milestone we won’t forget. 🥹❤️

Hello! I'm Jacquelyn Swaffar, and I am honored to serve as the Operating Director of Cornerstone Caregiving's Muskogee, Oklahoma office.

With more than 13 years of experience in senior living, dementia care, and caregiving, I am passionate about helping seniors maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life while remaining in the comfort of their own homes.

Throughout my career, I have gained valuable insight into the unique challenges faced by older adults and their families. These experiences have strengthened my commitment to providing compassionate, personalized care that meets each client's individual needs. I believe every senior deserves to be treated with respect, kindness, and dignity, and I am dedicated to ensuring our clients receive the highest level of care and support.

At Cornerstone Caregiving, our mission is to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and their families by delivering dependable, high-quality care with a personal touch. I am proud to serve the Muskogee community and look forward to helping families find the support and peace of mind they deserve.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me spending quality time with my daughter, Henley, and making memories with family and friends. I love attending concerts, traveling to new places, watching my niece and nephews play sports and coaching my daughter’s cheerleading team.
