A few days ago, we had the incredible honor of celebrating our sweet client Charlene’s 100th birthday… and today, the celebration became even more special!

We are so excited to share that the Mayor of Muskogee has officially declared today, August 14th, as “Charlene Pruden Day!” 🎊

What an amazing way to honor a woman who has lived 100 incredible years and touched so many lives along the way. It has been such a privilege for all of us at Cornerstone Caregiving Muskogee to be a small part of Charlene’s story.

From celebrating her 100th birthday alongside her wonderful caregiver Jadyn to now seeing an entire day named in her honor, this is truly a milestone we won’t forget. 🥹❤️

Hello! I'm Jacquelyn Swaffar, and I am honored to serve as the Operating Director of Cornerstone Caregiving's Muskogee, Oklahoma office.

With more than 13 years of experience in senior living, dementia care, and caregiving, I am passionate about helping seniors maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life while remaining in the comfort of their own homes.

Throughout my career, I have gained valuable insight into the unique challenges faced by older adults and their families. These experiences have strengthened my commitment to providing compassionate, personalized care that meets each client's individual needs. I believe every senior deserves to be treated with respect, kindness, and dignity, and I am dedicated to ensuring our clients receive the highest level of care and support.

At Cornerstone Caregiving, our mission is to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and their families by delivering dependable, high-quality care with a personal touch. I am proud to serve the Muskogee community and look forward to helping families find the support and peace of mind they deserve.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me spending quality time with my daughter, Henley, and making memories with family and friends. I love attending concerts, traveling to new places, watching my niece and nephews play sports and coaching my daughter’s cheerleading team. These moments keep me inspired and remind me what matters most! ❤️
