Finally broke out the resin printer today to make this custom front bumper for an RC car. 66% ABS-Like resin / 33% Tough resin. Anycubic Photon M7 Pro. Result is a nylon plastic-like piece with good stiffness and enough flex to keep it from shattering in a crash. I've got some roll cage chassis ideas to try out now...

Here is a second prototype of our PolyRail® 80mm Polymer Profile. This version features a 5mm outer wall for increased fastening strength, 3mm internal walls for increased stiffness, and ISO M5 spec t-slots that are compatible with a wider range of t-nuts and v-nuts. With a larger diameter nozzle and refined slicer profile, we were able to cut the print time in half from our previous prototype. We have some physical property testing to do, but this is very close to a production version that we can offer in custom lengths up to 1000mm. However, with the 2" Schedule 40 spec reinforcement hole, you can create unlimited length rails using standard ABS pipes and ABS glue commonly available at local hardware stores.
