We Are Hiring! We are looking for a few motivated and excited individuals who can help set appointments for our car dealer clients!
Hiring in Pennsylvania with working location in Somerset, County!
*No experience required
*Training is provided on site!
Job purpose:
Talk on the phone with those who are requesting information about vehicles and help set an appointment for them to come into the dealership. Communication necessary will also include other avenues using the internet such as email, text message, and other messenger services.
Duties and responsibilities:
Arrive on time to work every day as scheduled.
Make a certain amount of phone calls per day. Learn how to navigate through and use our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Training will be provided on this.
Must understand our clients' needs when communicating with potential customers on the phone and through the internet.
Learn how to identify objections and how to then properly overcoming them.
Create a happy and warm conversation to those on the other end of the phone call or message thread. Keeping customers happy is the main goal aside from setting appointments.

Qualifications:
Ability to read, speak, and write/type English.
Ability to use proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
Basic computer knowledge.
Type at least 35 words per minute
Working conditions:
Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic).
No travel is required.
Ability to work in a confined area.
Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
Physical requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
Light to moderate lifting may be required.
Regular, predictable attendance is required.
Compensation:
You will be paid a base amount with additional payment when goals are reached weekly and monthly! So there is a lot of room to grow and a lot of goals to be reached! :)
