Chad grew up on a small farm in southern Ohio. Upon graduating High School he made the move to Columbus, Ohio where he attended Ohio State University, met his wife Christina, and had two sons. In 2009 they decided that they wanted to live closer to family and friends, and enjoy a slower pace of life so they made the move to sunny Myrtle Beach, SC. Chad spent his first few years in Myrtle Beach managing for a popular local restaurant group, eventually going on to become one of the only Certified Cicerone's in South Carolina and the Craft Beer Brand Manager for a beer distributor. This job allowed him to travel the area daily, from Georgetown to Little River, meeting new people, and giving him a unique insight into the different communities that encompass the Grand Strand. It's Chad's knowledge of these communities and passion for relationships that drove him to become a REALTOR. When not working he enjoys good food, great beer, traveling, and watching his son's, Donovan and Jackson, compete as Amatuer Kickboxers.

Kimberly Thompson was born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina. She attended the College of Charleston where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Crime, Law and Society in 2009. Thereafter, Kimberly attended the Charleston School of Law where she obtained her Juris Doctorate in 2013.

During law school, Kimberly began her legal career as a Paralegal and once she obtained her license to practice, she transitioned from her personal injury background into real estate law. In addition to real estate, she also enjoys helping clients with their estate planning needs. Having grown up in Charleston and being a frequent visitor of the Grand Strand, Kimberly and her husband relocated from Charleston in 2016.
