Adding to the many First Place finishes for the new XR-41, Della Aurora, Hull # 8, finished first in her class in the 2026 Vineyard Race, a 268 nm dash from Stamford, CT, around Buzzard’s Bay Tower and back to Stamford leaving Block Island to starboard.
Her elapsed time was three hours earlier than the second place finisher.
Cheers to the Della Aurora crew!!

And a special round of applause to Xp-44 Phantom and her crew, finishing First in her class in the same race. The Xp-44’s are still very competitive racing yachts.
