You still use a plan and draw schedule approved by your lender. The difference is timing. Since most of the work happens early in a factory, about 50–60% of your budget is drawn up front. By the time modules leave the facility, your building is already 90–95% complete. And because the contract is fixed once the design is approved, you’re protected from unexpected costs.

At Prefab Logic, Fridays aren’t just about closing out the week. They’re about checking in, celebrating wins, and finding ways to grow as a team.

🧠✹Last week, we mixed things up with a workshop by The Six Types of Working Genius.

If you haven’t heard of it, the assessment helps identify what kind of work energizes you and where you naturally thrive. Each team reviewed their results, looked at how their strengths fit together, and talked through ways to fill the gaps and collaborate more effectively.

It was a fun, insightful way to better understand how we work and how to work even better together. (And yes, of course there were snacks! đŸȘ)

Culture isn’t just something we talk about. It’s something we intentionally build, one Friday at a time.
