This year we celebrated our 45th anniversary at Hudson and ended the harvest with a great party with our staff, family and friends. We cannot do what we love without the 58 incredible people that have dedicated themselves to our dream. Lee and I want to thank each one of them for bringing their best selves to work each day. We are so grateful for our work family. And as the song says…Arriba!

Leonardo does it again! 🏆🌱 We have a new California state record holder!

Measuring an incredible 147 inches (over 12 feet!), Leonardo’s latest long gourd broke the California state record at the Elk Grove competition and is officially the largest we’ve ever grown at Hudson!

Planted from seed in mid-April, this giant grew an average of 3 inches a day over its 50 day growing period, and even faster at its peak.

Wondering how a gourd this long could grow from a trellis shorter than itself? Leonardo and his team actually dug a hole beneath it as it grew, giving it room to keep stretching!

A little ingenuity, a lot of dedication, and one record-breaking gourd. Congratulations, Leonardo! 👏

Our Fall 2026 allocation is here! Club members can now acquire the 2025 Aleatico, 2024 Little Bit Chardonnay, 2024 Ladybug Chardonnay, 2024 Syrah, and 2023 Old Master.

And just in time for the release, the w**es received some exciting new scores from James Suckling - W**e Ratings: 96 points for the 2024 Little Bit Chardonnay, and 95 points for the 2024 Ladybug Chardonnay, 2024 Syrah, and 2023 Old Master. The Syrah was even called “one of the best Napa Syrahs.”

Members, don’t forget to finalize any edits to your allocation before orders are processed on 9/22!
