Are you running 2XU Long Beach with us this weekend?

If this is your 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, or 6th event of the 2026 Golden State Challenge run series, you're eligible for a prize! Prizes can be picked up at the expo or finish festival, and your GSC medal (for runners completing their 4th event) can be collected after you finish your race!

If this is your 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or 5th event of the 2026 Golden State Challenge run series, you're eligible for a prize! Prizes can be picked up at the expo or finish festival, and your GSC medal (for runners completing their 4th event) can be collected after you finish your race on Sunday!

How excited we feel knowing Long Beach Marathon weekend is just a month away.

With over 29,000 runners registered across the marathon, half marathon, and 5K, Long Beach Marathon is one of the biggest events in the Golden State Challenge series. We're expecting more than 250 runners to collect their Golden State Challenge medal after crossing the finish line, and nearly 50 runners will be picking up their GSC bear prize, which means they will have done every single event in the 2026 Golden State Challenge series, without missing a single one! That's some serious dedication, runners.

Run Malibu is just two months away! Runners will take on the Half Marathon or 5K on November 8th.

The 9th and final race in the 2026 Golden State Challenge series is going to be an epic one for GSC. We will have over 250 runners finishing the race series strong by crossing their 4th finish line of the year and picking up their GSC medals. While nowhere near the biggest race in the Golden State Challenge series, we expect to hand out the most GSC medals of any of our races right there at Run Malibu. That shows the hard work, determination, and planning that goes into conquering the Golden State Challenge run series.

We can't wait to see you out there runners, and see those smiles on your faces with your GSC medals!

Two months until the Golden Gate Half! Runners will take take on the Half Marathon or 5K on Sunday, November 1st.

The 8th installment of the 2026 Golden State Series, and arguably one of the most iconic races in the lineup (there's nothing quite like running the bridge, twice!) is shaping up to be a great one this year.

We will have over 175 runners picking up their Golden State Challenge medals after crossing the finish line. Talk about finishing the 2026 GSC season strong! We can't wait to see you out there, runners.
