QuickBooks Online is by far my favorite accounting software. It is a fantastic tool that helps you stay on top of your finances …. If used properly! 😬 I hear far too many business owners tell me “it’s so easy” and when we dive into their books the mistakes are abundant- which can prevent them from seeing a clear picture of their financial health. Here are just a FEW of the common mistakes I see often:
❗️ Expenses improperly categorized or forgotten (don’t miss out on your write-offs! 💸💸💸)
❗️Incorrect reconciliations (or no reconciliations 🤪)
