We had the best time hosting our first-ever W**e Pairing Dinner with Coffee Republic in Folsom! From the beautiful four-course dinner to seeing so many familiar and new faces around the table, it was such a fun night from start to finish.

We paired every course with a Crane Family Vineyards w**e, and Chef Renee Kremesec at Coffee Republic absolutely knocked the menu out of the park.

Thank you so much to everyone who came out and spent the evening with us. We’re so grateful you chose to share it with us, and we hope you enjoyed it as much as we did!

Can we talk about this menu for a second? 😍🍷

This upcoming Wednesday, September 30th, Coffee Republic transforms into an intimate private dining room for our Crane Family Vineyards W**e Dinner. Chef Renee Kremesec has crafted four courses in-house, each paired with a w**e we're especially proud of.

Begin with citrus-kissed shrimp crostini and our 2023 Reserve Chardonnay. Savor a red w**e poached pear salad with the 2019 Alison's Cuvée, then Beef Wellington finished with a Cabernet reduction alongside our 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon. The evening closes with a triple chocolate parfait and our 2020 Douceur Red Dessert W**e.

Four courses, four pours, and a table of fellow w**e lovers, all for $85 per person.

Crafted in small batches from 100% Napa Valley Petite Sirah, this port-style w**e is rich with black cherry, toffee, and warm spice, the perfect companion to the season's harvest of apples, pears, and plums coming off the estate right now. The countdown to harvest has begun at Crane Family Vineyards 🍇

Across the Don Raffaele Estate, our Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon are entering their final days on the vine. Our w**emaker and vineyard team are walking the rows daily, tasting berries, checking sugar levels, and watching for the cooler nights that help sharpen flavor and color before the first pick.

It's a season of patience now, not action. Every day we wait is a day spent chasing the right balance of ripeness, structure, and character, the details that will define this vintage before a single grape is picked.

We're on the edge of our seats, and we can't wait to share what this year has in store.
