I am beyond honored to be a vintner host at this year’s Premiere Napa Valley.
Premiere Napa Valley wines are the most unique wines made in Napa Valley. They are also some of the very best wines produced anywhere in the world.

This is our inaugural event and we are releasing Batch #70 “The Golden Eagle”, a single barrel and single vineyard Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon for this special occasion.

It was only 8 years ago when I had this crazy idea, to craft wine from the most prestigious wine region in United States and to make it accessible for everyday indulgence.

I never dreamt of reaching such milestone today, at Batch #70, and to be a vintner host among wine legends that I’ve looked up to my entire wine career.

On a personal note, I deeply believe that I would’ve never had such opportunity today (at the age of 34), in any other major wine region in France or Europe if I would’ve chosen to immigrate elsewhere.

While Napa Valley is one of the most beautiful, affluent and prestigious places on earth, I’ve always been convinced that it is THE most inclusive, progressive and the very best wine region in the world.

“I’ve enjoyed a lifelong of fascination, savoring the taste of oak and its influence in wine and spirits. While Cognac can rest in fine French Oak barrels for over a century, wine in Napa rarely ages in oak barrels for more than 2 years.

In 2015, Extra Añejo tequila (Don Julio 1942)was a daily vice. It helped spark this experiment of aging a Napa Cab for 5 years in oak barrels; similar aging time of a fine Extra Añejo tequila.

Batch #42 is a rare opportunity to savor a Napa Cab, from the finest terroir of Mount Veeder, and aged to perfection beyond any debatable time boundaries...”
