Majuscule Wine

Eight years ago, Majuscule W**e officially became a business.

Since then: fires, a pandemic, a changing w**e industry and all the challenges of building a tiny w**ery from scratch.

Which makes Persistence the perfect bottle to mark the occasion. Eight years legal. Still here. Still making w**e. Still persistent.

Cheers to 8 years of Majuscule. 🥂

Wedding season is here, along with graduations and other milestones worth celebrating. For a memorable gift, go beyond the registry and share a hidden Napa Valley gem from our small-production w**ery.

Thank you Lisa for believing in Greg. Majuscule began in 2009 as a side project that started, somewhat improbably, with a cat — and a serendipitous introduction to Lisa Chu, a longtime grower on Mount Veeder. She encouraged Greg to make his own w**e and offered a ton each of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc for the inaugural vintage. For free, BTW, to see what he could do.

With just 25 cases of each, these first w**es were shared with friends and family under a name that captured both intent and character — Majuscule, a word that suggests clarity and expression without excess.

There are easier places to make w**e. Mount Veeder isn’t one of them.

If you’ve only experienced Napa Valley from the valley floor, Mount Veeder offers a completely different perspective—steep vineyards, cooler temperatures, and w**es with structure and balance.

It’s where we’ve been making w**e since the beginning, and it still shapes everything we do.

We just shared a new post on what makes Mount Veeder Cabernet so special: https://www.majusculew**e.com/mount-veeder-cabernet-sauvignon/

Poolside dinners are the best.
