The 2026 Cabernet Sauvignon harvest is showing us exactly what makes Mount Veeder so extraordinary. After a beautiful growing season, gorgeous clusters of Cabernet Sauvignon have made their way from our steep mountainside vineyards to the sorting table, where our team carefully selects the very best of the vintage.

There’s something special about mountain fruit. The concentration, the character, the unmistakable sense of place. And from what we’re seeing so far, 2026 has plenty to say.

A century in the making, and another harvest for the books ✨

Our old vine Zinfandel has stood on Mount Veeder for 100 years, weathering season after season and sending its roots deep into the rugged mountainside. This season, those vines gave us their next vintage.

There’s something humbling about harvesting fruit from vines that have outlived generations. Each cluster carries a sense of place, history, and the resilience that makes Mount Veeder unmistakably its own.

As the last light settles over the landscape, we’re reaching for our 2023 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon. Grown high on Mount Veeder, this w**e brings the character of the mountain into the glass with layers of dark fruit, cassis and savory spice, framed by beautifully structured tannins.

A Cabernet with depth, energy and a sense of place, made for lingering over as another weekend comes to a close.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Harvest Release celebration. It was a pleasure sharing the latest from Brandlin Estate, raising a glass together, and bringing a little Mount Veeder spirit down from the mountain.
