Impact Advisors recently partnered with a leading healthcare organization to develop an enterprise-wide AI strategy that connected investment decisions to measurable value, workforce transformation, and a practical path forward.

By identifying and prioritizing AI capabilities across more than 80 vendors, validating opportunities and value sizing with operational and executive leaders, and aligning investments to business priorities, the team identified $141M–$212M in annual AI value potential.

The result was a practical roadmap and repeatable playbook designed to help the organization scale AI with greater confidence and turn opportunity into trusted, measurable business value.
