2025 Opening Day!

We are thrilled to celebrate the start of our 12th season—and we couldn't have done it without the incredible dedication of so many.

To our instructors, the SGE support team, consultants, trainers, maintenance crew, managers, lifeguards, attendants, concessions team, HR department and my family: thank you. Your hard work, commitment, and passion made this milestone possible.

This year, we hired and trained over 300 lifeguards and persevered through snow, rain, and heat to prepare our facilities for a safe and successful season.

We are honored to manage so many beautiful aquatic facilities throughout the western suburbs of Chicago.

Our success comes from you—every one of you who brings excellence to aquatics and safety. Your commitment is what sets us apart as a leader in Aquatic Facility Management.

"Lifeguards are EMS"- Dr. Justin Sempsrott

Lifeguards are often the first responders in medical emergencies, playing a crucial role in prevention and immediate care. While EMS agencies usually take several minutes to arrive, lifeguards' actions in the first moments can make the difference between life and death, or survival with or without severe brain damage. In drowning cases, early intervention by lifeguards can save lives and protect brain function more effectively than anything in the emergency department. Lifeguards are an essential part of the out-of-hospital cardiac and drowning survival systems, and in many ways, they are EMS.

Clear Water Pools is excited to announce that Springbank Aquatic Center has joined our family of professionally managed aquatic facilities. This 9-acre facility has a variety of amenities for all ages including an aquatic playground, sand area, zero-depth entry pool, multiple waterslides and full concession stand. Applications for employment are now being accepted.
