When was the last time you felt really valued as a customer?

Excellent customer service is what truly takes the buying experience to a whole new level!!

Why?
Because it makes you feel important, appreciated, and seen as a person, not just a dollar sign.

How do your clients feel when they buy with you?
(If you cringe a little at this question, let’s definitely press in here!)

I’d love to encourage you to reflect on what you’re doing well, the reactions of your clients, and what adjustments you think need to be made.

When you onboard a new client, it's wise to look at their customer experience through their lens.

Here are some questions you can reflect or journal on to find places you can improve upon:

🟣 Did I make their buying process as simple as it could be?

🟣 What steps did I take to make them feel valued and appreciated?

🟣 What feedback did they give me directly or indirectly about their decision to work with me? Are they excited? Hesitant? Complimentary?

🟣 Does my client experience nurture a loyal customer relationship? Why would they want to continue working with me or refer people to me?

Let's make your client experience so memorable that your clients will keep coming back for more of your services and telling all their friends because you made them feel seen, appreciated, and valued!

I have this knack for understanding and seeing things that others don’t always see.

How this serves my clients well is that I can see blind spots and solutions to problems that they may not see as well as anticipate when a bump in the road might occur.

The cool thing about that is I can help them solve ahead of time for any potential problems or disconnections so they’re not panicked if or when they happen.

Think about it like this.

Your business is like a child. You love it deeply.

You’re committed to its well-being, and you pour your heart and soul into it so that it can thrive.

Now imagine you are an ER doctor and your child comes in needing emergency surgery.

Your fellow doctors would never let you operate on your own child because the emotional attachment clouds logical reasoning and decision-making.

You would have to be willing to let another experienced doctor come in and help you save your child.

As an online business manager, I am that other experienced doctor.

I come in to solve problems in your business and help you get the outcome you want by giving you an outside perspective and taking tasks off your plate that you aren’t able to give energy to.

I get it, delegation can be a little scary.

It’s hard to let go of the reins when we love something that much.

But if we don’t, we can often do more harm than good in the long run.

One easy way to make your email inbox less of a hot mess...

Make some folders!! 😍

Last week in my stories I showed you how I organize my email inbox and many of you were shocked!

I have been organizing my inbox for a while now, and it has really helped me run my business more like a CEO and less like a hobbyist.

In case you missed the stories, here are a few categories I highly recommend creating folders for!

-Receipts (these can be itemized even further such as investments, monthly business expenses, travel, etc)

-Invoices/Payments

-Team Members

When you know where everything is at any given time in the year (not just when it's time to file your taxes), you will feel less stressed and more confident about running your business as a successful CEO!

When I first started my business, I did every single task in my business by hand.

When someone would reach out for more information I would reply to their email, send them my scheduler, create an individual proposal and send that in an email manually.

I'd have to remember to follow up with them in a few days, create an invoice, send that email, collect the payment, and transfer it to my account.

After what felt like a hundred steps I could FINALLY get to the fun part and start serving my client. 🥴

Literally, every single step I had to do myself and try to keep track of it all while also creating content, posting on social media, serving my current clients, and trying to refill my own cup.

It was anything but fun and simple.

It was exhausting.

And I realized that as my business continued to grow, I couldn't sustain that pace.

So, I dove into learning about automation, and let me tell you, it changed the game!

Automations now allow my business to run smoothly and efficiently!

It leaves less on my mental to-do list, more time to serve my clients with my best energy, AND I get to enjoy balance in my personal life instead of working without boundaries.

Helping entrepreneurs get automations in place is one of my absolute favorite systems to implement!

When business feels simple and you know that every step of your client process is planned and taken care of, you get to love building your business again!

The most successful entrepreneurs have this in common...

They are detailed, visionaries, organized, coachable, and fully prepared for whatever comes their way.

After nearly 2 years in the entrepreneurial world, these are some of my most valuable lessons that I want to pass on to you.

𝗗𝗢:
1. Ask for help - willingly and as often as possible
Running a business is simple and fun when you have people in your corner you can learn from.

2. Slow down to speed up -
Don't be in such a hurry to get to "success" that you miss important foundational steps that nurture your business' sustainability. If you want your business to last a lifetime, this is a step you can't miss. Cast vision for your business, and be willing to slow down to make sure the foundation is strong.

3. Value organization -
The parts of your business that feel stressful now? They will only become exaggerated the more your business grows. So it is crucial to get your systems and behind-the-scenes processes organized so your business can continue to grow.

4. Implement systems -
This piggyback's on organization but is its own category. Organization is only as good as the systems that are in place. Automations, clear expectations for your clients, and smooth onboarding and offboarding are just a few key pieces you'll want to have in place so you can spend less time stressing and more time serving.

These are just a few of the things I help my clients with and have my own personal experience to back up as an entrepreneur.

1. I am a native Floridian-which is not common.

2. My favorite movie of all time is Sixteen Candles.

3. I am the only person in my family that graduated from college.

4. I love coconut flavor but hate coconut.

5. When I retire, I want to have my own dog sanctuary & rescue dogs that have been in shelters for years.

6. I plan on moving to a state where I can experience the 4 seasons.

7. I played the flute for 3 years but never understood how to read music.

8. When I went to college I wanted to be a social worker and rescue kids from dysfunctional home lives.

9. I’ve been married for almost 20 years.

Manifestation is a word that gets tossed around often but is quite misunderstood.

I've been on a mindset learning adventure for a few months now and feel like I understand it much better now.

One of the biggest "Aha" moments I've had is that the key to manifestation is having positive feelings about what you are manifesting.

You see, if tell the Universe what you want, but have doubtful or negative feelings about it, it won't work in your favor.

So basically, you manifest what you embody. Whatever you are putting energy into is what you will continue to receive.

You can say affirmations all day long, but if you have negative feelings attached (deep down inside), the affirmations won't stick.

One thing that I have discovered, is that if you have negative feelings about yourself, feeling the feelings of what you want to manifest is difficult to learn to do.

I'm determined to learn the art of manifestation and if you have any tips, I am open to hearing them!

The biggest disservice you can do with a course is deliver a ton of impactful information without providing higher-level thinking activities.

What does this mean?

Making a course with videos and notes sheets is not enough. It's not allowing learners to apply the information to their own life/business.

You care about the success of the women in your program once they complete it, right?

How are they going to be successful if the information has been dropped in their lap but they haven’t had an opportunity to practice applying it?

2022 is the year when people become much more discerning about what they invest in.

I promise you that they don’t want to invest in another “sit and listen” course.

Society is building awareness around honoring one another's differences and that is going to extend to what is expected in terms of delivery in online programs/courses.

Be prepared for that shift by investing in someone who has a solid background in the education field and can guide you through developing a course that provides an equal learning opportunity for ALL.
