SAP Success Connect 2026 just wrapped up, and with an HCM keynote, breakout sessions, customer success stories, and the SAP Learning Hub, we're excited about what's coming next! Here are some of the highlights:

Autonomous HCM & AI-Driven HR: SAP advanced its vision of an Autonomous HCM, a streamlined change that would shift HR from manual administrative processing to real-time, context-aware workforce management and automated end-to-end processes.

Intent to Acquire TechWolf: SAP announced its intent to acquire TechWolf, an AI-driven skills and workforce intelligence platform that provides continuous, real-time tracking of employee capabilities benchmarked against live labor market signals.

Joule Work & AI Agents: SAP rolled out Joule Work to customers as the primary AI engagement layer, featuring conversational task delegation, data visualization, and Joule Studio for custom agents. The platform scales to hundreds of specialized AI assistants and agents embedded into deterministic HR and enterprise workflows.

Future of Work Insights: According to research highlighted from the SAP SuccessFactors Future of Work Research Lab, 72% of executives feel AI initiatives largely automate old processes rather than redesign work, while 88% agree that redesigning roles with AI unlocks major enterprise value, positioning HR as the primary driver of that transformation.
