Another one in the books. With only approximately 130 of these post WWII trainers left flying in the USA, this one is now going to a great new home! Congrats to the new owner. I know the seller hated to see it go, but it is going to a great new owner and will be cherished. It served in the US military for a few years starting back in 1955, then was exported to Indonesia and served many years as a trainer there. Back to the US in 1991 where it was refurbished and received a new US Airworthiness. These are special planes for sure!!! Beechcraft T-34A "Mentor" - if you know, you know.

Last week was another great week for Business Jet Acquisitions. Sold this local Cessna 210. Fortunate to have worked with a seller who had owned the aircraft for 38 years!!! It was estimated that this aircraft had visited the Bahamas approximately 1000 Times!

Often the history of an aircraft makes what I do that much more interesting. Airplanes have a life and a story to tell. Those of us lucky enough to be in this world have a window into the past when going thru years of logbooks and receipts. As a former Cessna employee, it’s always interesting to me to look back at the 1st logbook (especially of a Cessna aircraft) and see when the factory production “test” flight was done and who signed it.
