Breathing new life into a classic. In Pine Ridge Estates, we’re currently reimagining this residence through a Modern Farmhouse lens: blending timeless rural charm with the clean, intentional lines of modern architecture.

One of our favorite elements of this remodel and addition is the breezeway. It’s more than just a transition; it’s a functional piece of site-responsive design that invites the Florida breeze to move through the home, connecting the original structure with the new addition while grounding the entire property in its lush surroundings.

At Hlevel, we design with intention. By modernizing the layout and introducing these holistic features, we’re creating a space that feels both refined and deeply connected to the outdoors.
