When we come across a recipe, video, tiktoc or delicious meal out in the wild my chefs and I like to work on recipes to recreate and add our own spin to them. We perfect and share then put them on the menu to share with our customers. This may seem like a simple one, but the perfect sauce can be used in so many ways!
This week im working on that slightly sweet, tomatoey, lightly seasoned "marinara" you find in the BEST bakeries pizza, pizza chip, pizza strips in Rhode Island.
