Country music just took the top two spots in America, and everybody else is looking up at them.

Luminate's midyear report has Morgan Wallen's I'm the Problem as the most popular album in the United States for the first half of 2026 with 2.035 million equivalent album units. Ella Langley's Dandelion sits right behind it at 1.638 million.

That puts two country albums ahead of Bad Bunny, BTS, Drake, and Taylor Swift, all of them across every genre.

Wallen also holds the number 10 spot with One Thing at a Time, an album he released back in 2023.

And Langley owns the most streamed song in America this year with "Choosin' Texas." The biggest album and the biggest song both belong to country music.
