The new North Nashville Transit Center is honoring Civil Rights Activist, Dr. Ernest “Rip” Patton Jr., via an art installation and this meeting was open to the public. Thank you to Fairpointe Planning and WeGo Transit for the opportunity to have our voices heard and opinions considered. Mayoral candidate, Freddie O’Connell was in attendance along with many other figures in our city.

The hosted their 55th Annual Equal Opportunity Day Luncheon. We were given the opportunity to showcase ! was working the room and missed the picture. 😂

🔊 Quick Business Tip - Terminology- The Four C’s of Credit

When attempting to obtain business funding lenders are looking for these components in your company. ⭐️

Character - Do you have a good reputation and credit record? (Do you do good business and pay on time?)

Cash Flow - Does your business have sufficient cash flow to repay the loan? (Is your business making enough money to repay a loan?)

Capital - Can your business keep operating if you can’t pay the debt from earnings? (Will your business survive?)

Collateral - Do you have assets that the lender/investor can sell if you are unable to repay the loan/investment?
