Hiring Licensed Armed / Unarmed Security Officers
Must have CURRENT Up-to-date TN Armed /Unarmed Security License
Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or other related fields
Familiarity with security equipment
Ability to handle physical workload
Strong attention to detail
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Available to work night and weekend shifts
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Must present in a professional manner
Responsibilities:
Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infraction of rules
Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
Apprehend or expel persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
Report any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipes
Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations
Compensation $17.00-$18.00 /per hour based on experience and expertise
Application Process:
We understand the importance of finding the right candidates for the position, and therefore, our selection process consists of two stages: a phone interview and an in-person interview along with completing the application at our office.
1. Phone Interview
Selected candidates will be contacted by our HR department for a phone interview. During this conversation, we will discuss your experience, skills, and interest in the position.
2. In-person Interview and Application
Shortlisted candidates from the phone interview will be invited to our office for an in-person interview. In addition, you will be required to complete the application form, providing us with your personal details, qualifications, and employment history. Our hiring team will be available to answer any questions you may have during this visit.
