Today’s Nashville Diverse Ecosystem Roundtable was truly one for the books. Led by Ana Maria Lowry and Susan B. Schramm, the panel discussions and engagement created an impactful space for learning, connection, and growth within the construction industry.

Our CEO had the opportunity to attend and gain valuable insight from industry leaders and trade partners. One of the highlights of the event was connecting with Ms. Teresa of DPR Construction, whose wisdom, guidance, and encouragement left a lasting impression while navigating the industry as a trade partner to prime contractors.

A special thank you as well to James Harper with Hensel Phelps for sharing meaningful insights and valuable perspective throughout the roundtable discussions.

Our CEO & Founder Mrs. Maegan Bowers-Petway recently graduated from the NBIC Emerging Contractors Program, sponsored by MNAA.

Over the past 10 months, the program challenged her to step out of the day-to-day grind and focus on working on her business, not just in it. The lessons learned, accountability gained, and relationships built throughout the cohort proved invaluable.
