Almost every client I work with has the same downfall.

As they grow their team,

They still find themselves doing a bunch of things.

-Team meetings
-Project management

I've worked with a ton of 7 figure coaches.

Of which, they all have effortlessly frolicked into the million dollar revenue range.

I've also worked with a lot of 6 figure coaches ranging from $200k-700k/year and they seem to be stuck there for wayyyy too long.

Want to know the biggest difference?

It has NOTHING to do with:

-some BS money mindset stuff.
-magical generation tactics.
-team leadership style.
-or their morning routine 😂

The Biggest Difference is The Ability to Simplify.

The 7 figure coaches I work with all primarily sell just one main, higher ticket flagship offer typically ranging from $1-10k in price point.

As they approach 7 figures, they'll usually implement a front end offer (sometimes paid - sometimes free).

And lastly, they typically have a back end, extra high ticket offer ranging from $10-50k in price point.

They will really only talk about the front end, because they know the right people will naturally ascend from:

Front end > Flagship > Back end
....

Meanwhile,

People at $200-700k are so BUSY throwing spaghetti at the wall and launching new offers, events and marketing messages,

That they never give themselves an opportunity to DOUBLE down on what works and say no to all the other distractions.

Which only keeps their audience guessing "what in the world does this person actually sell?"

By making the decisions that a 100k/mo entrepreneur makes,

You’ll start to actualize 100k/mo into reality.

I know this because I see it happen every day.

Take our clients for example.

The decision they make to work with me is a direct result of them showing up as a 100k+/mo entrepreneur first.
