The SBG team is always looking for ways to grow, learn, and strengthen the way we lead and serve our clients.

A couple of weeks ago, Mikenna Stacy and Hunter Dagg represented SBG at the Belmont University Power Skills Conference hosted by Belmont University.

The conference brought together professionals from different industries to focus on developing essential leadership and workplace skills, building meaningful connections, and learning practical strategies that can be applied every day. Opportunities like this allow our team to continue sharpening their abilities while bringing new ideas and perspectives back to SBG.

A strong weekend for the SBG team, both in and out of the office.

From cheering on at their season opener to completing a half marathon row at , it was a reminder of what makes our team special.

Several members of the SBG family came together throughout the weekend, supporting each other, showing up, and continuing a few traditions along the way.

The 21,097-meter row was no small challenge, but it reflected something we value at SBG. Consistency, commitment, and encouraging the people around us to take on new goals. Having teammates and friends there at the finish made the accomplishment even more meaningful.

Moments like these reflect the kind of culture we are proud to build at SBG. We support one another, grow together, and celebrate the wins together, whether that’s in the office, in the community, or on the rowing floor.

Join us in congratulating our team member, Andres Roberto, who proudly represents Southern Business Group as a new Board Member of HOLA Tennessee.

Originally from Sogamoso, Colombia, Andres represents the very spirit of leadership and perseverance that continues to shape Tennessee’s future.

At Southern Business Group, Andres serves in project leadership, sales development, and client relations, working closely with state agencies and associations across Tennessee. He leads special projects and helps coordinate large-scale conferences, legislative initiatives, and civic events, ensuring excellence in ex*****on while building strong, lasting partnerships.

His commitment to representation, opportunity, and community building aligns perfectly with HOLA’s mission to elevate and connect Hispanic and Latino professionals across the state. Andres believes leadership must grow alongside Tennessee’s growing Hispanic community and that visibility and access to opportunity are essential.
He is a connector, an advocate, and a builder, and we are excited to see the impact he will continue to make through HOLA and at Southern Business Group.
