Originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Cade Brinkley, better know as Lecade, made his name in the music industry in Mississippi from his home in Purvi, just south of Jackson, MS. Lecade is proud of his home state, showing this in his song "Mississippi" off his debut country album, "Chasing Ghosts".

While he was a child, Lecade's father played in several "small town country bands" throughout the south, and that has always been his biggest inspiration for taking up music.

The independent country artist with hip-hop/rap roots averages nearly 300,000 monthly listeners across Spotify and Apple Music, and in 2021 accumulated 10 million streaming streams on Spotify alone.

A number of people have compared his music to Bailey Zimmerman, Pecos and The Rooftops, and Koe Wetzel.

With his first-ever country single "No Good" off his new album "Chasing Ghosts", Lecade has built a strong following on TikTok. The record has been well received by his fans and has already caught the attention of major labels.
