A stainless steel–clad cabinet and shelving unit we completed this fall. Designed specifically for the right side of our client’s fireplace, this piece went through multiple design iterations and material samples as we worked to dial in the exact scale and functionally.

The interior is dark-stained white oak, paired with stainless exterior, it is a beautiful contract between the materials. Seeing how the light moves across the surface and reflects back into the space is something we did not anticipate until we installed the finished product. Stunning.

So grateful for clients who trust the process and allow us to explore. We couldn’t love how this turned out more.

Scheibe Design is the Nashville based father–son furniture studio led by Tres and Nate Scheibe, focused on crafting contemporary, heirloom furniture rooted in thoughtful design, quality materials, and meticulous craftsmanship.

This live-edge solid walnut conference table was designed and fabricated in-house by our team. The term “live edge” refers to the natural edge left on at least one side of the wood. This technique allows the piece to retain the natural beauty of the original tree it was sourced from. Throughout our custom furniture design + sourcing process, we strive to utilize materials with little environmental impact and are intentional + mindful to create long-lasting pieces. Form and function are perfectly aligned in the Spanish Chair. Originally designed by Danish designer Børge Mogensen after a trip to Spain in 1958, the chair is both ultra-comfortable in its function and aesthetically pleasing in its form.
Our interpretation of the design focuses on using natural materials; leather, ebonized ash wood, and metal buckles, a cornerstone of the design philosophy behind the chair. Swipe right to see all the angles.

Designed to protect tables from any water rings that may form from a wine bottle, these solid white oak coasters were made for our friends over where you can order a bottle from their extensive wine list and see them in person!
Working in collaboration with to create the gold stamped leather insert, these coasters are an elevated take on dining table decor.
