A stainless steel–clad cabinet and shelving unit we completed this fall. Designed specifically for the right side of our client’s fireplace, this piece went through multiple design iterations and material samples as we worked to dial in the exact scale and functionally.

The interior is dark-stained white oak, paired with stainless exterior, it is a beautiful contract between the materials. Seeing how the light moves across the surface and reflects back into the space is something we did not anticipate until we installed the finished product. Stunning.

So grateful for clients who trust the process and allow us to explore. We couldn’t love how this turned out more.

We’re excited to share that Aberdeen Studio has been acquired by Scheibe Design.

Scheibe Design is the Nashville based father–son furniture studio led by Tres and Nate Scheibe, focused on crafting contemporary, heirloom furniture rooted in thoughtful design, quality materials, and meticulous craftsmanship.

Together, with the amazing team at Aberdeen, the care, precision, and level of detail that this studio is known for will not only continue, but be honored and built upon.
