Happy National Boss Day!

Today we celebrate the leader who sets the tone for everything we do at DSCPA: our President and CEO, Dimeta Smith Knight.

Dimeta wrote "CPA and business owner" in her senior yearbook at 18, and in 2010 she turned that dream into DSCPA. Sixteen years later, her firm has grown into a team that transforms dreams into legacies for clients across Middle Tennessee.

She is a true thought leader in our field: a Forbes Best-In-State CPA (2025), an Enterprising Woman of the Year (2025), and a Leader in Diversity (2023). You'll find her sharing her expertise everywhere, from moderating Power Hour sessions for women founders and serving the Women's Business Enterprise Council South, to currently being out of the office speaking on the panel titled “Creating People-Centered Organizations That Work-for Work and Life.”
