or threatening behavior at work, you may suffer from workplace abuse. And it’s illegal, in Tennessee but do you know your Rights? Have you heard of the Tennessee Healthy Workplace Act?
In Tennessee, Abuse at work is illegal if it’s discriminatory or if it’s status neutral and can be proven with impact and mental anguish and psychological abuse occurs. Yet much of it can’t — and still has a discriminatory impact on women and people of color.
End Workplace Abuse works to address that problem to
make toxic work environments illegal.
