By (my) definition, a Yart Sale is a curated and merchandised yard boutique of handmade, artisan, vintage, and unique finds from around the world. 🌎
(And some just too unique to explain). 👀
You won't find old washing machines, kid's outgrown toys, or power tools (unless they're vintage) ! 😏

unique handmade furniture, upcycled clothing, vintage clothing, local fossils, a mounted deer head, books, a vintage schoolhouse desk, antique knick knacks, eclectic and rare records, artisan reiki jewelry, Leiper's Fork jewelry, more artisan furniture, strange works of art, hand painted yard gnomes, rustic & farmhouse decor, baby chicks, fresh eggs, hand dyed linens, and LOTS of "it seemed like a good ideas".
