I am a dating, relationship, and self-worth coach based in Austin, Texas, on a mission to help people build better relationships, starting with the one they have with themselves. After experiencing a series of difficult relationships throughout my life, I discovered I had the power to break free from my unhealthy patterns and limiting mindsets, and heal from the pain of my past to create healthier

relationships. The most important relationship I was able to heal was the one I had with myself. By working with my own relationship coach and diving deep into healing techniques like shadow work, meditation, journaling, and much more, I transformed my life. Today, I’m happy to share that I’m not only in a healthy relationship, but I feel whole and healed within myself, first and foremost.. I also host the “Wildly Capable with Kate” podcast, made for those looking to unleash their wildest capabilities. In each episode, listeners will dig deep, turn inwards, and embark on a transformative journey. I guide my audience through how to break free from unhealthy patterns, rip through self-limiting beliefs, heal past wounds, and build unwavering self-worth, all to create healthier relationships as a result. I am NLP and Life Coach certified and work with people from around the world to help them build better relationships. To learn more, follow me on Instagram and TikTok at and listen to “Wildly Capable” on all major podcast streaming sites.

Monthly recap ofc! Was thinking how funny it is that I’ve gotten into the habit of doing this each month, and realized this is my way of showing you guys the other side of me and my personal life.

I LOVE being a dating and relationship coach, but I’ve also never been one who’s good at being tied down to one thing.

So on top of coaching, I’m also a wifey, obsessed with horses and dogs, what you’d call a health freak/crunchy gal, and love love love Jesus. Plus plenty more, but you’ll see glimpses with time!

These little carousels are just my way of bringing you into my world, no matter whether you’re here for coaching advice or horsey content.

As I continue to build this business (and yes will likely change niches and directions a hundred times, sooo be prepared), I thought you’d like to see the BTS too.

May meant….

- the best honeymoon, minus the insane allergies I always have in Europe
- the gift of getting to show my family our new home and life
- lotsss of time at barns, even picking up a few farm hand side gigs so I can learn what I need to know for our own someday
- QT with mom before leaving for our trip
- music city rodeo - aka my new yearly tradition
- coming up with a new business idea with the hubs that I cannot waittt to get off the ground
- and plenty of time resting & recovering after a fews long weeks of travel

See you next month!!

Dating avoidant men was like an Olympic sport for me in my 20s. So when I say I understand avoidant attachment style, I really mean it.

As someone who leans more towards an anxious attachment style (or at least used to), I naturally attract people who tend to avoid hard conversations, intense emotions, and deep emotional connection.

From family members to exes to friends, I’ve been on the other side of relationships with avoidants. That’s why I spent YEARS studying attachment styles... so I could finally understand what the heck was happening.

So, first and foremost, to the person who’s wondering if this carousel describes you at all: I understand you. You aren’t broken or flawed, you’re simply afraid.

To be honest, when it comes to love, we all are! And that’s ok.

But luckily, you do have the power to expand your threshold when it comes to relying on others, trusting people to show up, becoming comfortable with deep feelings and being ready for lasting commitment.

My own HUSBAND was avoidant when we first met (we literally broke up over it lol) so believe me when I say that it’s possible to heal.

💌 As you’re swiping through this slideshow, see if any of the points hit close to home. If they do, DM me the word “AVOIDANT” and let’s start your journey toward more security.
