A note to all clients and friends that have supported me through my journey . Today was a big day. Fruition is no longer mine.

I couldn't have asked for anyone better than and to take over. They are so lovely, kind, and talented.

Every member of the Fruition team, past and present, has taught me so much. I don't know how to summarize these years into words. I'm grateful for each person that allowed us to lead them. It has been a privilege.

Ever see a photo of yourself and think, “ There I am “ There's light in my eyes again.

The photos of myself over the last few years lack light in my eyes. I was being hard on myself, and you can see it on my face. There was so much health and life stuff in my way, and I had things to do and places to go. There was so much conflict between my heart and my body.

Now? Everything is not easy, but I can see the peace and self-compassion—the years of therapy and forced time to care for my nervous system and body.

The slow down in time I thought was wrecking me, saved me.

There’s a mission beyond ourselves in ownership. It really is a calling. Not everyone wants it and if you're in it for money only it will fail you.

The gift of ownership is creating a path for people to walk down that opens up a new reality for them.

Confidence
Time

There are so many people I think about with a smile on my face as I type this. So many who are doing great things and are better for having spent time in my business.

So yes - you do need money and hopefully-- will make more if you hire, but leadership should flow out of you like a creative expression.

Asking “What is your main concern today?” can go a long way. It is easy to forget we may be the only ones doing this in their life. We could be the only person touching them, listening, and letting them be completely themselves.

Brainspotting is magic. It’s not really— it’s science that feels magical.

It’s used primarily by therapists as a tool. I have personally seen incredible, miraculous feeling results in my personal and professional life thru my sessions.

When I found out it could be used by coaches in early 2022, I talked with a therapist and psychiatrist about getting trained. They were so encouraging and told me to go for it!

The brain’s power to heal can be used for our careers. Sometimes resolving our upper limits and beliefs around work seem beyond resolution— like our brain is working against us.

Stories are my favorite. I believe they can expand the future for everyone who reads them. A story with numbers show us real, life changing, good stuff. For Alchemy these numbers say that they met more new people, their employees' lives were impacted, and they'll never go back to the way things were.
