Not because AI is not powerful. It is. But because the majority of companies rushing to implement it have no idea what they are actually doing with it. They are buying the tool, using the buzzword, putting it in their pitch decks and still cannot tell you what problem they are solving or whether their data is even ready to support it.

The hype has outrun the understanding. And that gap is costing organizations time, money, and credibility.
