This past weekend the ALPFA Nashville Chapter hosted our Annual Strategic Meeting. Saturday was all about alignment, accountability, and action.

We reviewed our 2025 financials and KPIs and set the vision and goals for 2026. Our Board came together to strengthen our impact and move our mission forward.

Breakout sessions, team presentations, and a confidence vote helped shape what’s next as we continue empowering Latino leaders in our community. The future is focused, and we’re ready.
