Herb has been a key part of the Parman Energy team for 6 years, dedicated to our packaged oil department throughout his tenure. Known for being dependable, trustworthy, and highly respected by his peers, Herb truly shines when challenges pop up in the field—adapting quickly and keeping operations running smoothly ensuring quality customer service.

Beyond his daily routes, Herb plays a critical role in bringing along the next generation of drivers as a trusted driver trainer. When asked what he values most about Parman Energy, Herb shares: "Our department functions as a team where everyone watches out for each other. I enjoy doing my part to help us become more successful."

For Driver Appreciation Week, we are proud to shine the spotlight on Steve Sharp!

Steve has been a cornerstone of the Parman Energy team for two decades, celebrating his 20th anniversary with us this October. Throughout his tenure, Steve has proven his versatility across nearly every corner of our transportation department—delivering oil, fuel, DEF, and package goods.

Dependable, trustworthy, and constantly bringing a positive attitude to work, Steve is deeply respected by his peers. Beyond his daily runs, he generously spends his time training and mentoring our newest drivers, setting the standard for what excellence looks like at Parman. Steve shares that his favorite parts of working here are the flexible hours and, most importantly, the people he gets to work with every day.

Steve, thank you for 20 years of dedication, leadership, and outstanding service. We appreciate everything you do!
