Two years ago today, Empower was born.

Anniversaries and milestones are great grounding points. They provide a natural space to reflect on where you started, and recognize how far you’ve come.

Like most entrepreneurial journeys, this one has not been simple, easy or a straight line up and to the right. It has, however, been one of growth and progress.

Empower’s mission has always been to provide operational insight and innovative, practical solutions that empower founder-led businesses to thrive.

For entrepreneurs, it's not always easy to press the pause button and give yourself the space to recharge.

Maybe you think you don't deserve it, don't have the time, can't rely on your team to keep pace, or all of the above.

But...

➡️ What if that constant sprint runs you ragged and sets you further behind later?

➡️ What if you're lacking clarity because you haven't taken the opportunity to take a bird's eye view of the business?
