Each year at our awards banquet in January, we honor one recruiter with the Ralph Mosley Award for Excellence. This award is presented annually to that individual who embodies and embraces the spirit of ThinkingAhead, Inc. by exhibiting high ethical standards, commitment through years of service, consistent performance, a positive influence on the company and its employees, and active community involvement.
Specific qualities of this recruiter include: attitude, leadership, team orientation, consistency, work ethic, professional ethic, resiliency, civic involvement, and development of others.

This year, Jay Boone, CPC took home the Ralph Mosley Award. Jay has been an unfailing member of the ThinkingAhead family for 19 years, and our company wouldn't be the same without him. Jay is a go-to at work when you need something, bringing joy and humor to all situations, even when life gets in the way. New kid on the ThinkingAhead block! We're excited to welcome Marsha Harper to the TA family. Marsha joins our Nonprofit Practice to specialize in leadership searches across sports, education, and social justice organizations. She partners with mission-driven institutions to identify leaders who strengthen culture, expand opportunity, and drive meaningful impact.

Before joining ThinkingAhead, Marsha spent more than twelve years in Division I collegiate athletics, serving as both an assistant and head coach across six Division I universities. Throughout her career, she recruited, trained, and developed dozens of Division I student-athletes while building programs centered on leadership development, academic success, and civic engagement. That experience evaluating talent and developing high-performance environments now informs her work in executive search.

Marsha’s career has consistently lived at the intersection of sports, education, and social equity. Those experiences have shaped her perspective on leadership and systemic organizational impact...
