Major rehab of this driveway with the soil conditioner and new stone plus the trimming of the trees along side of the driveway.
Two of the downspouts terminated right on the driveway and parking area of the shop so we rerouted the downspouts around 180’ out to the yard, we also buried the remaining downspouts out in the yard and added pop up emitters, and clean outs on the gutters for easier mowing and cleaning.

This yard had been disturbed and neglected with a new sewer line installed that was never properly backfilled and some old tree stumps and a flower bed. Once we removed the bed and stumps, we then leveled and shaped the yard for proper drainage. Homeowner opted to do their own grass seed after completion of the project.

We recently completed a comprehensive landscaping project that involved excavating the hillside for a pool installation and grading the terrain leading from the house to the pool area. Following the pool's installation, we backfilled the excavated area. Additionally, we stabilized a seven-foot creek bank drop-off, which posed a significant safety risk, by regrading the slope and installing rip rap to prevent erosion. The excess soil was utilized to repair a yard sinkhole and level a prominent mound caused by an old stump. Finally, we assisted the property owner in relocating a storage shed to the rear of the property, thereby optimizing the functionality of the restored backyard.

Extensive rehabilitation of this pothole-damaged and rutted driveway. Soil conditioner used to recover the original hidden stone to the surface, then smooth and compact the driveway prior to installing a new layer of stone. Side ditches cleared for optimal water runoff to the culverts.
