GMC terrain charge pipe to intake kept blowing off. Got a call to see about helping them out. Had PETg prototype in hand within hours, tested, and finished in PA6-CF a day later. Out here solving problems GM can’t seem to figure out 😂 open recall with no fix according to the owner. 👌

Pop up scanning session was needed, the Rockit was giving me fits, but the Metro Y stepped up well. No power available so used the Rams onboard plug, did great! Part is already designed and waiting for some PA6-CF and then get them on the way!

Potentially awesome change coming. Working with another American made company (IC3D) and running test prints of their UV stabilized PETG filaments. This will allow for ASA UV resistance, with PETG toughness and heat resistance, all while being able to be printed in the open air and far far fewer VOC offgassing.

Had a custom design request come in from Tiger Tech Consulting, gladly created a new design allowing for prisms to be mounted on edges where there may be no soffit. May not see a lot of use, but it came out super clean and is a rugged holding cap. 👌👏 GOVEE
