It was an honor this past weekend to represent three distinguished organizations, both this year and the last, as they received well-deserved accolades.
RISE Coalition was esteemed by the Murfreesboro Chapter of the NAACP as the 2023 Freedom Fund Organization of the Year. As one of the founding members, we are deeply grateful for this recognition and proud of our impactful contributions over the past two years.
The Pi Nu Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. was lauded for our outstanding efforts in registering the highest number of individuals to vote. Proud to be a member of this chapter! We will continue to do great things in the community.
Additionally, I was there representing First Baptist Church of Murfreesboro which was the proud 2022 recipient of the Humanitarian Freedom Fund Award. My family and I are proud members and FBC continuously lives up to the motto, "WE IMPACT", the community as well as the world!
I firmly believe in the profound impact of community service and the importance of giving back. It's essential to be the catalyst for positive change that we wish to witness in our society.
