One thing I’ve learned over the years in this industry is that growth rarely comes from the easy seasons.

Some of the biggest breakthroughs, strongest relationships, and most meaningful lessons came through challenges and moments where it would have been easier to quit.

I’ve had the privilege of working alongside some incredible shop owners and teams over the years, and that’s one of the biggest reasons I still love what I do today.

There’s something special about watching good people fight to build something better.
