Happy Friday! It's been a long time since I've shown up here on this instagram land. As I mentioned before, I relocated to Missoula, MT and have been a bit crazy with home projects and getting settled.

Very grateful to be in this wonderful mountain town at this time of year. We've done so much exploring over the past few weeks during what downtime we've had.

I often get asked: "What are your go-to resources for the enneagram?" This is my answer. These two books have so much information, are easy to digest, and organized in a way that you can jump around to get the info you're looking for in any given moment.

I recently saw this quote and it really landed with me. As someone who has struggled with setting expectations for others and then experiencing resentment, I can really relate. For me, setting boundaries with myself and others has really helped to release any unspoken expectations of others.

The city pictured in the valley is going to be the new physical location of Harmonious Resolutions! 🤩 SO thrilled to share that we are relocating to Missoula, Montana this spring!

Making a big move for the first time in many, many years and after putting down such roots in Nashville is a bit intimidating and it feels so right. With all of our workshops going virtual in the past year due to COVID, it has opened up the opportunity to try something new. The mountains are calling and we are going. ⛰️🥰 Very excited to hike trails like this one and watch the sunset behind the mountains any day I want.

Meanwhile, still booking out enneagram and conflict workshops into March. Planning to take a short hiatus from presentations and workshops sometime in April as we make the 2,000 mile trek to our new home!
